What is a Demo Egg?

A demo Egg is an Egg that you pre-buy prior to the Eggfest. The Egg will be cooked on the day of the Eggfest by one of our registered cooks, and then you will pick it up at the end of the day (3:30 – 5:30pm). This is a great way to get your first Egg or to add to your Egg family!

You can pre-order your Demo Egg when you register online. You can also buy a Demo Egg the day of the Eggfest, though we can’t guarantee that there will be any unclaimed ones available. We are offering 50 Demo Eggs this year and they are sold first come, first served.

You will need to pick your Demo Egg up at Sullivan Hardware & Garden between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m.

You must register for the Eggfest in order to purchase a Demo Egg. The Egg may still be warm at the end of the Eggfest, so plan accordingly. (We have seen folks squeeze their Demo Egg into a Honda Civic before, but we recommend station wagons or larger to get your Egg home.) We will have staff that can assist you in loading and securing your Egg at the Eggfest.

Your cost for your Demo Egg is $699 plus sales tax, that is nearly a 20% savings over the retail cost! Take advantage of this once-a-year opportunity to take home the World’s Best Smoker and Grill!

You can pay for your Demo Egg when you register, you will initially put $250 (plus sales tax) down to put your Demo Egg on hold and then we will charge the remainder of the Demo Egg $449 (plus sales tax) the week before the Eggfest.
